Show Me How Pretty the World Is…
I’m not here to review this movie. I’m here to say that this film has given me the inspiration for a new goal.
I want to pack my bag, go to the airport, and buy a ticket for the next departing flight. Where it’s going, I’m going. I’ll probably just do it for a weekend to start, and see how it goes. I will have no expectations…no wishes or hopes. Just see where it takes me. These two adorable characters experience this type of adventure in the film. All they do is follow “signs” or talk to people for ideas of what to do next. Brilliant.
I’m doing this. There is no doubt. I’ve been considering traveling to somewhere in Europe this summer, but if I can’t muster up enough money, then this is what I’ll do. I need to get out of here. I just need an escape to cleanse my emotions and gain some persepctive. The best part of it is that with low expectations, now where will be mundane. Because it’s not about going to the most popular places or the most beautiful locations; it’s about exploring somewhere new. Simple as that. And at 24, there’s a whole lot of new for me to explore.
